candice is a model for victorias secret. she does boxing, running, circuit
training, pilates, and yoga to stay in shape. these exercises are probably ones
you haven’t heard before, so look them up on youtube or google (i won’t be able
to explain them easily). also, these are /really/ advanced workouts, don’t do
them all at once. good luck!

butt circuit:
❀ side leg extensions
❀ middle leg extensions
❀ angle leg extensions
❀ side leg press up
❀ middle leg press up
❀ angle leg press up
❀ side leg lifts
❀ knees leg lifts
❀ clams
❀ leg circles (each direction)
do 12 reps of each exercise

arms circuit:
❀ bicep curls
❀ tricep extensions
❀ straight bicep curls
❀ decline bicep curls
❀ wood choppers
do 12 reps of each exercise with weights or resistance bands

core circuit:
❀ knee crosses
❀ elbow planks
❀ inner thigh raises
❀ oblique v-ups
do 12 reps of each exercise, :30 for the plank

❀ candice sometimes substitutes running for
a workout
❀ she does a 75 minute weight workout every
day to stay in shape (it was way too advanced so i didn’t include it here)
